SICK: Conservatives Decide The Only Way To Stop Hillary Is To Slap Her

SlapHillary

What War on Women?

If you need a reminder of how ugly the right wing’s campaign to stop Hillary Clinton if she runs for president will be, you can visit StopHillary.com and play their “Slap Hillary” game.

The site seems to be a means of gathering email addresses of those who oppose a potential Hillary candidacy via a “petition” that will be sent to who — Hillary?

It defensively points out that liberals who are appalled by this game weren’t appalled by a similar game that let users slap Sarah Palin. This is similar to Fox News’ Erick Erickson defending his slur of Harvard-educated Texas state senator Wendy Davis as “Abortion Barbie” by pointing out Palin was called “Caribou Barbie” by liberals, including Alec Baldwin.

Sexism is definitely a bipartisan problem, notes Fox News contributor Kirsten Powers:

But Republicans, the party that delayed the Violence Against Women Act for months, are using this fictional assault on Hillary as a campaign tool for Super PAC that shared a campaign treasurer with Ken Cuccinelli’s campaign for governor or Virginia — at least until  Thursday.

Erickson is a major conservative activist who had several prominent Republicans at his Red State Gathering last week. They’re embracing this hostility to women on an institutional level and inviting comparisons between Palin and Clinton or Davis that Democrats will likely be very comfortable with.

One thing this game does seem to get right, though, is that no matter how many times they slap Hillary, she snaps right back, unfazed.
